How long it takes a free player to progress through the game

Based on a 2,000-player computer simulation of the current live game values

This report estimates how long it takes a free player (someone who never spends Robux) to reach each Rebirth โ€” the big milestones where you reset your coins in exchange for a permanent earning boost and the next set of packs.

To get realistic numbers, we ran the game's actual economy through a computer simulation 2,000 times for each play style, using the real card odds, pack prices, and rebirth requirements that are live in the game today. Because so much depends on the luck of which cards you pull, we show a range rather than a single number.

Every milestone shows three numbers, because two players doing the same thing can finish at very different times depending on their card luck.

Rebirth 8 and 9 aren't finishable yet. They require collecting several of the very top-tier cards (celestial / exalted), and the game doesn't currently have enough of those cards in circulation to complete them. Rebirth 7 is effectively the end of the road for now.

More play time helps, but it doesn't speed things up in a straight line โ€” a lot of the wait is simply getting the right cards to drop, which is down to luck no matter how long you play.

Rebirth earning boost

+50% per Rebirth

Each Rebirth permanently raises your coin income. By Rebirth 7 you earn 4.5ร— faster than at the start.

Pack prices climb fast

ร—4.2 per tier

Each new pack tier costs about 4.2ร— the last โ€” roughly 17ร— more expensive each Rebirth. This is what keeps the late game a grind.

Offline earnings

While you're away you keep earning at one-third of your best card's rate, for a maximum of 24 hours.

Special card mutations

~5โ€“10% extra

Rare card variants (Scorched, Rainbow, etc.) look great but add only a small average income bump โ€” they don't meaningfully change progression speed.

Coins earned per second, by card rarity

A single card's base income before any boosts. Higher rarities are dramatically more valuable โ€” which is why chasing the right cards matters more than playing longer.

There are five weather events: Blood Moon, Storm, Rainy, Sunny, and Windy. Every minute there's a 10% chance that one of them begins (up to two can run at once), and when one does, it's picked evenly at random โ€” so any single event, like Blood Moon, only starts about 1-in-5 of those times.

In practice that means each event is actually happening roughly 6โ€“8% of the time. For example, Blood Moon runs for 4 minutes and starts about once every ~50 minutes on average.

Importantly, weather does not increase your coins at all. Its only effect is that two events raise the chance of a matching special card mutation while they're active: Storm boosts the Lightning mutation, and Blood Moon boosts the Cursed mutation. Rainy, Sunny, and Windy are purely cosmetic.

When you open a card, it has a small chance of arriving as a special "mutation" that earns more money. Here are the chances per card opened. Only Lightning and Cursed change with weather โ€” everything else is the same all the time.

During a Storm, Lightning jumps from 0.3% to about 5.3% per card; during a Blood Moon, Cursed jumps from 0.2% to about 5.2% โ€” roughly a 17โ€“26ร— better chance, but only while that event is active. The chance of getting any mutation at all on a normal card is about 2.9%.

Each Rebirth also adds a small permanent luck bonus (about +5% to these chances per Rebirth), and luck game-passes raise them further โ€” the numbers above are for a brand-new account with no boosts.

Players also earn Country Support points: 1 point per 5 minutes of play (capped at 30 per day), plus a bonus of 150 ร— your Rebirth number each time you Rebirth.

In their first active month a regular player earns around 5,100 points. That's about 5.7ร— more than the most a 24/7 bot account could earn (900) โ€” so genuinely playing always beats trying to farm with idle accounts.
